Role Purpose
We are looking for a Document Controller to manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with company, consultant, and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control all project documents, drawings, correspondence, and records.
- Register and distribute incoming/outgoing documents.
- Ensure only latest revisions are available at site.
- Assist project team with timely submission of reports and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with document management procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree holder (Civil/Administration background preferred).
- 3–5 years experience as Document Controller in UAE construction projects.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and document management systems (Aconex/EDMS preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
