Position Overview

As a Distribution Associate, you’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, preparing outgoing orders, and supporting internal teams with timely material distribution. Your work directly impacts service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution
• Organize, stock, and label inventory within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits
• Load and unload deliveries safely
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment
• Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Familiarity with shipping processes and carrier labeling
• Experience supporting technical or field service operations
