Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish area
• Keep floors, walls, and workstations clean and safe
• Assist servers and kitchen staff with stocking and bussing as needed
• Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines
• Support the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
