Pay:

$15 to $17 per hour depending on reliability, speed, and experience

Job Description:

Madrigal is looking for a dependable dishwasher who takes pride in showing up, working hard, staying organized, and helping the kitchen run smoothly.

This role is not just about washing dishes. We need someone who understands that cleanliness, timing, coordination, and consistency are essential to the whole restaurant. The right person is reliable, moves with urgency, communicates well, and does not disappear, call out last minute, or leave others carrying their workload.

You will be an important part of the kitchen team and must be able to work in sync with service, kitchen flow, and closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, plates, glassware, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly
• Keep dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently throughout service
• Support kitchen staff by keeping items stocked, clean, and ready when needed
• Help with trash, floors, basic cleaning, and end of night closing duties
• Assist with kitchen organization and maintaining sanitation standards
• Communicate with the team and stay coordinated during busy service periods
• Be on time, ready to work, and dependable for scheduled shifts
