• Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service.
• Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage dishwashing schedules during busy service hours.
• Help with general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Experience

• Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing tables or assisting in food preparation is a plus.
• Experience working in banquet settings or catering events enhances your ability to support large-scale operations.
