Pay Structure

• Hourly pay is not guaranteed, but commission is offered which is significantly higher pay.
• Sales are paid on every week
• Quarterly bonuses are paid 4 times per year

Schedule

• Full Time: Monday – Friday (Saturday Optional)

Responsibilities

• Learn high level sales skills, including body language, para-verbal communication, and objection responses
• Teach homeowners about the benefits of having pest control services
• Canvass designated areas
