Job Profile:

• Identify, evaluate, & contract with high-quality DMCs, tour operators, attractions, hotels, and transport providers
• Develop TourBeez’s Dubai tours, attractions, experiences, & package offerings from the ground up.
• Secure strong commercial agreements, wholesale rates, and allotments to ensure competitive pricing
• Coordinate bookings, confirm services, manage peak-season operations, & resolve issues swiftly
• Understand Dubai tourism trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to maintain a strong product line
• Act as the company’s on-ground contact, building relationships & strengthening local brand presence
• Identify & build partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, hotels, & tourism partners
• Provide destination insights, product knowledge, & advice to help convert leads & improve customer experience
• Recommend new experiences, premium tours, niche products, and profitable market segments

Requirements:

• 7+ years of solid Dubai travel & tourism industry experience including DMC
• Strong network of suppliers, DMCs, hoteliers, and transport providers
• Proven experience in contracting, product development, or operations
• Experience in business development in a similar role
• Strong network of Dubai suppliers and partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
