GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is suited for a skilled and independent individual who is highly detailed and enjoys designing interior spaces. Seeking an individual who wants to learn and join our professional team.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB

• Previous experience in customer service related position (2 years preferred)
• Interpret and evaluate customer needs related to kitchen/bath inquiries
• Help prepare designs for kitchens and bathrooms that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing for each specific client
• Product specification and quote preparation
• Follow up on leads
• Handle client communications
• Cover the showroom and phones as designated
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and 2020 drawing software (or CAD experience)
