We are an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) in the Houston, TX area seeking a full-time Amazon DSP Operations Manager! In this position, you will work directly under company ownership to lead our operation of 20-35 daily routes and our fleet of 38 trucks.

Ideal Candidate Possesses:

• Experience in Amazon Operations Management (strongly preferred), though proven success in management of other logistics companies (FedEx, UPS, etc) or other fast-paced environments are also a plus
• Experience as a Delivery Driver (strongly preferred)
• Professional and consistent communication skills
• Self-motivation – will proactively take action when something is not right
• Big-picture thinking with strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Familiarity working with a large team and acting in a motivational capacity
• Awareness of the financial impact of daily decisions and performance on the organization as a whole
• Punctuality and reliability, leading by example to foster a culture of safety and accountability
