Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our Service Delivery team and play a key role in a strategic Data & AI transformation project for our client, a leading telecommunications provider. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that enhance digital transformation and data-driven innovation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex Data & AI transformation projects using appropriate project and delivery frameworks.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure high levels of service quality, delivery efficiency, and cost management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing strategic direction, decision-making, and problem-solving across multiple workstreams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Account Delivery Management, advising both internal teams and clients.
  • Drive delivery excellence and proactively support sales and business development through innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project outcomes.
  • Monitor, measure, and communicate project progress and KPIs to leadership and executive sponsors.
  • Implement best practices in project and work management to continuously improve performance and delivery standards.
  • Leverage advanced AI architectural knowledge to guide project design and implementation strategies.
  • Facilitate training, knowledge-sharing, and mentoring sessions to build internal capabilities and maintain high delivery standards.
  • Conduct retrospectives and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large-scale technology or transformation projects (preferably in telecom or digital domains).
  • Expert proficiency in:
    • Account Delivery Management
    • Work Management
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • AI Architecture and Data/AI project delivery
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to influence, advise, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other modern delivery methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with telecommunication clients, especially in digital or AI transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) in the context of AI and data services.
  • Knowledge of modern AI technologies, data governance, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
