Duties

• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary
• Help transport goods safely from the warehouse to customer locations, ensuring timely deliveries
• Support route driving by helping to organize delivery schedules and navigate routes efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries
• Perform heavy lifting and moving tasks to handle packages of various sizes and weights
• Ensure all items are properly loaded onto box trucks or other commercial vehicles with manual transmissions
• Maintain safety standards by following proper procedures for load securing, vehicle operation, and site safety protocols

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with logistics operations is preferred
• Experience in delivery driving or courier services is highly desirable
• Knowledge of commercial driving, including operating box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmissions
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, moving, and physical tasks consistently and safely
• Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with clients
• Valid driver’s license suitable for <PERSON> driver roles and a clean driving record
