We’re looking for customer-focused, professional delivery drivers to join our team. Our drivers aren’t just responsible for delivering furniture—they play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. If you’re friendly, reliable, and take pride in going the extra mile for people, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver and assemble furniture with professionalism and care, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and communicate effectively throughout the delivery process.
• Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing concerns and handling issues with a problem-solving mindset.
• Safely load, transport, and unload furniture, taking precautions to protect customers’ homes and property.
• Educate customers on furniture care and setup, ensuring they are comfortable and happy with their purchase.
• Handle, wrap, and inspect furniture to prevent damage before and during delivery.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Navigate using maps and GPS devices to optimize delivery routes.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck.

• Handle stressful situations with professionalism while problem-solving on the job.
• Consistently uphold safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
• At least 2 years of delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move furniture items over 100 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Requirements for Drivers:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and other pre-employment screenings.
• Experience driving 24-26 ft. straight/box trucks.
• Strong ability to assess truck volume and efficiently load deliveries.
