We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery Driver / Delivery Boy to handle the distribution and delivery of books to various retail outlets, customers, warehouses, and partner locations across the UAE. The role requires safe transportation, timely delivery, proper handling of goods, and maintaining delivery records.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver books and related materials to retail outlets, hypermarkets, bookstores, nurseries, warehouses, and customer locations across the UAE.
• Load, unload, arrange, and handle books carefully to avoid damage.
• Follow delivery schedules and planned routes efficiently.
• Obtain delivery acknowledgements, signatures, stamps, or proof of delivery where required.
• Coordinate with the operations/admin team regarding delivery status and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, returns, and stock movement.
• Ensure proper handling of company documents such as invoices, delivery notes, and collection receipts.
• Report delivery issues, delays, damages, or customer concerns immediately.
• Support stock transfers and occasional display stand transportation if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional conduct during deliveries.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, retail distribution, or similar field preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and routes.
• Ability to travel across all Emirates.
• Basic communication skills in English, Malayalam, Hindi
• Physically able to load and unload cartons of books.
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Vehicle Requirement & Allowance

• Candidates who own a personal vehicle and use it for company deliveries will be eligible for a monthly vehicle allowance / fuel support as per company policy.
• Vehicle must be properly maintained, insured, and legally registered.
• Allowance amount and terms will be discussed during hiring.
