What This Role Really Is

As a FedEx driver, you’ll operate a dedicated delivery route serving homes and businesses in the Nashville area.

This role requires:

• Consistency (you show up every day, ready to go)
• Efficiency (you manage time and routes independently)
• Physical stamina (this is an active, fast-paced job)
• Professionalism (you represent our company at every stop)

You are not just delivering packages — you are running your own route like a business.

Pay & Benefits

• $175/day minimum
• Top performers earn $200–$250+/day
• Weekly direct deposit (every Friday)
• $250/day for 6th workday
• Paid training ($140/day)
• Performance + referral bonuses
