Summary

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team at Growing Kids Academy as daycare providers. In this role, you will play a vital part in the development and well-being of young children, fostering their growth through engaging activities and personalized care.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to children in a safe environment.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
• Manage children’s behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress and daily activities.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the daycare environment at all times.
• Administer first aid when necessary and maintain health standards.

Requirements

• Experience in caregiving or early childhood education is required.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and behavior management techniques.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.
• Experience with infants and toddlers is highly desirable.
