Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Bilingual English-Spanish Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and providing a safe and nurturing environment for their growth and development.

Responsibilities:
– Assist in supervising and engaging children in various activities
– Support the lead teacher in implementing educational and play-based programs
– Maintain a clean and organized daycare environment
– Monitor children’s behavior and report any concerns to the lead teacher or supervisor
– Assist with meal preparation, feeding, cleaning and diaper changing as needed
– Help children with learning activities and ensure their safety at all times

Qualifications:
– Experience not required but better if working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting previously.
– Certification in CPR and First Aid paid by us.
– Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
– Strong communication skills and patience when interacting with children

Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Previous babysitting, some childcare experience or Training or coursework in early childhood education or childcare
