Job Summary

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure information is processed efficiently and without errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and databases.
  • Review data for accuracy and completeness before entering it.
  • Identify and correct errors in data entry.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Generate reports and extract information as required.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and document management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate data flow.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.
  • Typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Good communication skills.
