Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated Cleaners for Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) at our Al Ain location. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across dining areas, kitchen facilities, washing areas, and other assigned spaces, in accordance with Company standards and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, trays, and other equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, sinks, drains, and waste disposal areas.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain clean and hygienic waste bins.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Maintain cleaning tools and materials in good condition and store them properly.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning tasks as required.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, pest activity, and safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow the cleaning schedule and instructions provided by the Department Head.
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear the required uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in kitchen cleaning or a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: AED1,200.00 per month
