Full job description

• Stock Transfer, Making Invoice and send it to logistics team for customs gate pass.
• Making Online sales reports & sending e-mail to HOD & Audit
• Making Delivery Orders (Online, Cash customer & staff gift)
• Making Sales return (Hyper, Modern trade, Online, Bazaar, Amazon, Factory Outlet & Kiosks & show rooms)
• Prepare sales return stock report with custom stamp and send to HOD & logistic team
• Making Damage entries for Modern trade, Showrooms /Kiosks & Sending email HOD & Audit Modern trade & Kiosk showroom Damage for approval
• Coordinate with QC for damage returns
• Sending approved Price list to showrooms
• Scanning and attachment signed Delivery Orders in system (Kiosk, showrooms, Bazaar, factory outlet)
• Scanning and attachment Invoices & control list (Modern Trade, Bazaar, Online Orders)
• Coordinating with logistics team for goods received documents from Production & Warehouse.
