Job Summary:
Rich Specialty Trailers is seeking an DATA ENTRY CLERK with strong office and computer skills. As our Data Entry Clerk you will help with updating and maintaining computer data bases. This employment is not a remote position. This is a fast-paced position working with management to support all office departments with data entry, filing, and organization.
Accuracy is critical with much attention to detail required. Data must be stored logically and easily retrievable. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will support operational office departments.
This is a full-time in-office position (remote work is not available)
Responsibilities and Duties/ What you will do:
Computer data entry for separate departments including purchasing, sales and service departments.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure quick access to information.
Communicate with management about existing and new organizational activities.
Support basic bookkeeping tasks such as preparing product costing information.
Phone and in-person communication with clients.
Step in to support an office department when a department is understaffed.
Skills and Experience/ What you will bring:
Strong typing skills for data entry
Strong work ethic to remain on task
Stable work history
Excellent attendance record
Must have data entry experience
Must have excellent time management with the ability to balance many projects
Must be able to work under pressure to complete tasks on time
2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
Strong computer skills with Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
