Duties
- Enter data swiftly and precisely into company databases, inventory control systems, and spreadsheets
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting discrepancies
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring completeness and correctness
- Support order entry processes by inputting customer orders accurately into relevant systems
Requirements
- Clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Knowledge of databases, IMS systems, and office software tools is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for calculations related to data analysis or order processing
- Experience with filing systems, data collection, and maintaining records in a professional setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry and record keeping
