Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary:
The Lab Holding is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data related to purchasing, inventory, invoices, and other operational records within our fast-paced Food & Beverage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into internal systems
  • Maintain records for inventory, invoices, suppliers, and purchases
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Generate basic reports as required
  • Coordinate with finance, procurement, and operations teams
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry (F&B or hospitality preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management systems
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
