This opportunity is for a leading Energy & Gas giant in the UAE. We are hiring a Data Analyst to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights. You will play a key role in helping the organization understand its performance, identify trends, and optimize operations through data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key operational metrics.
• Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Validate data quality and work with the technical team to resolve data discrepancies.
• Create visual presentations of analysis results to support decision-making processes.
• Monitor performance KPIs and flag critical deviations to stakeholders.
• Support the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and basic data visualization tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and tell a story with data.
• Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple analysis requests simultaneously.

Bonus

• Experience in the Energy or Utilities sector.
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with financial or operational modeling.
