Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Prepare and optimize media plans based on data insights.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve campaign performance.
  • Perform data validation, merge & purge, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Make list selection and audience targeting recommendations.
  • Document decisions, processes, and recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners when required.
  • Ensure media plans are accurate, up to date, and meet project deadlines.
  • Present findings and recommendations with clear, data-driven reasoning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data cleaning.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex data in simple terms.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing.
  • Experience in media planning, marketing analytics, advertising, or a related industry is an advantage.
