Trans Gulf is looking for a Customs Clearance Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics operations and be familiar with customs documentation and clearance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance procedures for import, export, and transit shipments.
• Prepare and process customs declarations (Bayans/Bills of Entry) and related documentation.
• Review invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, and other shipment documents.
• Ensure documentation complies with UAE customs requirements and procedures.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, customs authorities, and internal operations teams.
• Follow up on shipments and resolve documentation or clearance-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customs declarations and completed shipments.
• Provide timely updates regarding shipment and clearance status.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and documentation.
• Experience preparing customs declarations/Bills of Entry is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work accurately and handle multiple shipments and documents.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 2,000 – AED 3,500 per month, depending on experience.
