Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase.
3. Education & Guidance:
Explain the car buying process, financing options, and other related services to customers in a straightforward and approachable manner.
Offer product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.
4. Data Management:
Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools or company databases.
Ensure compliance with all data security and confidentiality standards.
5. Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure customers are matched with the right options.
Provide feedback on improving the onboarding experience.
Requirements

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role (experience in automotive or sales preferred).
