Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries related to the car buying process via phone, email, or chat.

  • Proactively communicate updates on the status of their application or purchase.


3. Education & Guidance:


  • Explain the car buying process, financing options, and other related services to customers in a straightforward and approachable manner.

  • Offer product and service recommendations based on customer preferences and budget.


4. Data Management:


  • Accurately record and update customer information in CRM tools or company databases.

  • Ensure compliance with all data security and confidentiality standards.


5. Collaboration:


  • Work closely with sales, finance, and support teams to ensure customers are matched with the right options.

  • Provide feedback on improving the onboarding experience.


Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role (experience in automotive or sales preferred).
