Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and polite individual to handle incoming calls and enquiries for our monthly meals/mess business. The role mainly involves attending phone calls, answering customer questions, and providing details about our meal plans and close business,

Responsibilities:

Attend incoming calls and respond to enquiries

Share information about meal plans, pricing, and subscriptions

Maintain a record of enquiries and customer details

Coordinate with the kitchen team if needed

Requirements: Good communication skills (Malayalam/English/regional language as needed) Ability to handle customer queries patiently Basic record-keeping skills Prior experience in customer support/telecalling is a plus
