We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with orders, deliveries, menu items, promotions, and store information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
