Job Summary
At Domino’s, we’re more than just pizza—we’re a team built on energy, service, and hustle. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the face and voice of our store, ensuring every customer has a fast, friendly, and accurate experience.

This is a great entry-level opportunity with room to grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in-store and over the phone with a positive attitude
  • Take accurate food orders using our POS system
  • Prepare food items (pizza, sides, etc.) following Domino’s standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
  • Support team members during rush periods
  • Ensure orders are completed quickly and correctly

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Reliable transportation is a plus
  • Weekend and evening availability preferred
