Baby & Kid’ Bedroom Gallery is a family operated baby & children’s specialty furniture company with a 2 story, 11,000 sq ft location on Route 18 in East Brunswick. because of growth, we have an immediate opening for a full-time customer service representative who will be assisting sales associates in our large showroom.

You need to be able to work retail store hours (up to 6 pm at night and also weekends) and function in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers
• Assiting sales associates
• Answering inbound phone calls
• basic administration help
• Assist with stock, inventories and maintainance of logs
• receive and process payments
• Assist in writing orders
• Setting up, moving and maintaining showroom displays

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Must be dependable and have strong team oriented work ethic
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
