For over 30 years, we’ve designed and delivered high-quality wigs, scarves, hats, and cosmetics for those undergoing cancer treatment, experiencing alopecia, and other medical conditions. Our mission is deeply personal: to help women feel like themselves again.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dedicated, intelligent, and compassionate in-person team. If you’re technically skilled, emotionally intelligent, and ready to make a meaningful difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers with empathy and professionalism via phone, email, and live chat
  • Guide clients through personalized wig consultations to find the right fit, style, and solution
  • Troubleshoot and solve product-related issues using smart, resourceful thinking
  • Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to track orders, product info, and customer data
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks that support daily operations
  • Maintain a calm, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude—even under pressure

 Who You Are

  • Intelligent, thoughtful, and quick to learn new systems and processes
  • Experienced in customer service (minimum 2 years)
  • Empathetic and emotionally aware—especially in sensitive conversations
  • Tech-savvy and confident with spreadsheets and digital tools
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Interested in beauty, fashion, wigs, or hair care (a plus, not a must)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with or exposure to beauty, fashion, or hair products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and sound judgment
  • A proactive, can-do mindset and a desire to grow with a mission-driven company
  • Wig training or cosmetology background is a bonus—but not required
