Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers for feedback collection, service verification, and follow-ups
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English while maintaining the company’s service standards and brand voice
  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach in all customer interactions

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with good problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Candidates with a valid visa will be given preference
