Talent Folder is a global HR outsourcing and talent acquisition company helping professionals and businesses streamline hiring, outsourcing, visa processing, and international placement. We are expanding our team in Dubai and seeking a proactive Customer Support Representative to deliver excellent service to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries related to recruitment, visa services, onboarding, and job placements.
- Assist candidates with application status, documentation requirements, and interview scheduling.
- Manage customer queries professionally, providing accurate and timely information.
- Maintain CRM records, update candidate profiles, and track service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams — Recruitment, HR, Operations — to ensure smooth processing.
- Resolve customer issues politely and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
- Build positive relationships with clients and job seekers through exceptional service.
- Follow communication scripts, service guidelines, and maintain high-quality interaction.
- Provide daily/weekly reports on client/customer interactions and concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Customer Support, Call Center Executive, or Client Service role (preferred in HR/Recruitment/Overseas placement industry).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Strong customer handling, listening ability & problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, visa services, or overseas staffing industry is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools & email handling.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, patience & ability to multitask.
