Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp & chat.
• Manage order updates and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone at all times.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (UAE based).
• Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Basic computer & CRM handling skills.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
