Your Role

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and warmth.
• Process client orders.
• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints quickly and effectively.
• Support the sales team with order processing and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Familiarity with customer service tools/software.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• A team player who can also work independently when required
