Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Executive (Emirati National) to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah Industrial Area 15. The ideal candidate must have customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities*

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.

* Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

* Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.

* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

* Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.

* Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams regarding order status and deliveries.

* Prepare customer service reports and maintain service performance records.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.

Requirements:

* UAE National (Emirati), Mandatory

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service.

* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Strong customer-centric approach and attention to detail.

Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
