Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

  • Manage inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges efficiently
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Represent the brand in a professional and positive manner

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in fashion retail
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Previous call center experience (mandatory)
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and resolve customer concerns professionally

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
