About the Role

As a Customer Service /Resale / Listing Agent, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, assisting buyers and sellers throughout the resale process, maintaining property listings, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the initial inquiry to the successful transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online portals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and property owners.
  • Assist clients in buying and selling secondary (resale) properties.
  • Coordinate property viewings and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate property listings and ensure all information is up to date.
  • Qualify leads and match clients with suitable properties.
  • Provide market insights and guide clients throughout the sales process.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, real estate, or sales is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
  • UAE real estate experience is preferred.
