Our Englewood, CO Contact Center has a fantastic opportunity to become a true partner in helping us grow our company. We are looking for driven and high-energy Customer Service Representatives who are responsible for offering exceptional customer support to our valued customers who may have questions or concerns about an order they placed with us and/or provide assistance to customers who are looking for product information through phone, email or chat.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer interactions (phone calls, emails and live chats) and responds to customer requests
- Assist customers with order entry and order status calls
- Recognize and alert supervisors of trends in customer calls
- Recommend new ideas for process improvements
- Build rapport with customers by using a courteous, friendly and professional manner
- Various special projects, as assigned
- Completes other duties as assigned
