About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and people-focused Customer Service Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in Port Saint Lucie. This is a full-time, in-office position where you’ll be the trusted voice for our existing clients. You’ll manage client accounts, deliver clear performance updates, provide strategic suggestions, and help retain and grow our client relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct scheduled calls with existing clients to review their online visibility, analytics, and dashboard performance
- Deliver clear, easy-to-understand reports and actionable recommendations
- Answer client questions, resolve concerns, and build strong long-term relationships
- Update client records, reschedule appointments, and keep everything organized in our systems
- Work closely with our team to ensure high client retention and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent phone communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Comfortable learning and using basic analytics tools (Google Analytics knowledge is a plus but we will train you)
- Proficient with computers and phone systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Port Saint Lucie office daily

Important Details
- This is NOT a remote position — must be able to commute to Port Saint Lucie, FL 34952 daily
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
