Full job description

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up with clients for confirmation and payments.
  • Coordinate with drivers and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues professionally.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in transport/logistics).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
