Job Objective:
To manage the internal sales operations by preparing, updating, and following up on quotations, coordinating meetings with potential and existing customers, and ensuring all client requirements are consolidated and reflected in comprehensive offers. The role involves direct interaction with customers, excellent communication, and active support for the external sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations based on customer inquiries and technical/commercial requirements.
- Follow up on submitted quotations regularly to address client feedback and enhance conversion rates.
- Update and revise offer in line with new customer inputs, technical clarifications, or pricing adjustments.
- Consolidate all customer requirements into a single, clear, and detailed commercial offer to avoid fragmented proposals.
- Organize and attend meetings with clients (onsite or online) to understand their applications, usage, and special needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Support the external sales team with documentation, pricing, and customer communications.
- Coordinate internally with logistics, operations, and technical teams to ensure feasibility and proper service delivery.
- Track and report sales pipeline using CRM or internal systems for visibility and performance analysis.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client visits in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and sales procedures.
- Conduct periodic analysis of client needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in industrial gases or B2B sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
