Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and handle cash responsibly.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Utilize effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist in merchandising and product demonstrations to enhance sales.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Experience in retail sales and stocking merchandise
- Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math
- Knowledge of POS systems and phone etiquette
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
