This role requires strong follow-up discipline, negotiation skills, and structured workflow management while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients on quotations, approvals, and service confirmations
- Confidently guide and convince clients regarding restoration solutions
- Maintain daily communication between customers and technical teams
- Track and monitor orders from intake to delivery
- Ensure luxury-level customer experience at every touchpoint
- Collect post-service feedback and maintain long-term client relationships
- Handle phone calls professionally and negotiate when required
- Maintain organized records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Ensure accurate documentation and structured workflow management
Requirements
- Proven experience in the luxury fashion industry (luxury retail, handbags, fashion houses, or premium service brands)
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Strong background in customer service and client relationship management
- Excellent phone communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organized and comfortable working within structured systems
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of luxury brand standards and customer expectations
