- Handle WhatsApp, phone, and email communication with clients
- Schedule services and coordinate with operations team
- Manage complaints, requests, and follow-ups
- Update portals and logs
- Provide professional, polite, and fast communication
Requirements
- Good English (spoken + written)
- Strong customer service experience
- Fast typing and multitasking skills
- Pleasant and professional attitude
