Job Description:
LeLuxe Perfumes is seeking a Customer Care Executive – female to manage customer interactions and provide excellent support across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information about products and orders
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order processing
- Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand experience
Requirements:
- female preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or customer care
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM systems)
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or perfume industry is an advantage
