Noorka Logistics is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who excels at communication, enjoys assisting clients, and ensures a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about company services, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to address customer concerns.
  • Assist in booking and scheduling shipments or services for clients.
  • Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and service performance.
  • Support the sales team by providing customer insights and follow-ups.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at every point of contact.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
