Credit Collection Officer
You are a multi-tasker and are able to work independently, performing a wide range of l administrative duties to support Finance Department!

What you will be doing:
- Collect and analyze relevant and accurate information about a challenge, accept every change as a learning curve and find a solution to overcome every challenge.
- Handle all queries from internal & external customers.
- Should have thorough knowledge about Hotel Credit Policy. Accounts Receivable Supervisor must educate concerned departments about Hotel Credit Policy.
- Thoroughly review Credit Applications and recommend approval or rejection of Credit Facility.
- Maintain the list of Approved Credit along with Credit Limits in the public directory.
- Maintain up to date filing of all approved and rejected Credit Applications.
- To Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and pride in personal presentation
- A genuine passion for customer service with a strong focus on always making our guest’s feel welcome during their stay
- Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
- Ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have a genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members.
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
