Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create high-quality AI-generated videos, reels, and short-form content
• Edit and assemble videos using After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools
• Produce creative carousels, stories, thumbnails, and social media assets
• Support doctor and team video shoots (planning, scripting, editing)

Brand & Design

• Apply Allure brand guidelines consistently
• Design patient guides, brochures, information sheets, and hospital documents
• Maintain strong visual identity across all materials

Social Media

• Create daily content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Prepare monthly content calendars
• Optimise content for engagement and conversion

Organisation & Workflow

• Maintain structured file systems
• Deliver work on time with daily progress updates
• Work full-time (remote initially), 9am–6pm UAE time

Required Skills

• AI video generation tools (Freepik, Runway, Pika, etc)
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere / Photoshop
• Canva (advanced)
• Strong design sense, typography, and layout
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
• Excellent English (grammar must be strong)
• Professional portfolio demonstrating branded work

Preferred (not required)

• Healthcare or wellness content experience
• Experience filming doctors / clinics content
• Motion graphics
• Basic animation skills
