The Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and management of corporate accounts, positioning the hotel as a preferred destination for business travel, group stays, and corporate events. This role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, travel managers, and key decision-makers. The Corporate Sales Manager develops and executes strategic sales plans, negotiates corporate rates and contracts, and consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets. Through proactive prospecting, networking, and participation in industry events, this individual builds a strong pipeline of business and enhances the hotel’s market presence. In collaboration with operations, revenue management, and events teams, the Corporate Sales Manager ensures seamless execution of client needs and delivers a high level of service from initial inquiry through post-stay follow-up. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a results-driven mindset, a polished professional presence, and a deep understanding of market trends and corporate travel dynamics.
